On weekdays, your order should arrive in two business days if placed by 4PM ET, and on Saturday if placed by 12PM ET. Orders placed on Sunday should arrive on Wednesday. Exclusions apply, including orders that ship via SmartPost.

Please note: Due to evolving global circumstances, we are unable to ship orders to countries outside of the United States and Canada. Some orders may experience delivery delays. Some returns may experience delays with refund processing.

PRODUCT CARE & REPAIRS

Please refer to our care instructions for information on how to clean and maintain your David Yurman designs. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend that you bring your jewelry to a David Yurman store for professional cleaning once a year

We want you to enjoy your David Yurman designs for years to come. Should your piece ever need servicing, you can entrust our specialists with repairing it to preserve its beauty and longevity. Simply bring your item to a David Yurman boutique and they will send it to our service center on your behalf.

You also have the option to mail your item directly to our service center. To begin, download and print the Repair Request Form.

Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take up to two weeks, after which we will contact you to discuss any service fees. We take into consideration “time owned” as well as “condition received” when evaluating a piece.
