Holiday Return Policy
Throughout the holiday season, we are pleased to offer an extended return policy. Purchases made at a David Yurman boutique or on DavidYurman.com, beginning November 3rd, 2025, placed through December 24, 2025, may be returned or exchanged through January 23, 2026, with a sales receipt for a full refund to the gift purchaser.

For purchases made outside of the holiday period, our standard return policy remains in effect. We are pleased to offer a full refund for DavidYurman.com and David Yurman store purchases returned within 30 days of their purchase date. David Yurman outlet purchases are final sale. All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for a refund unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as items from the High Jewelry and EY® Signature collections, are final sale. Due to the donations we make to our charitable partners, our charity rubber bracelets are also final sale.

We offer two methods of return on our Returns Site:

  1. Print a complimentary return label and ship your package from any UPS location
  2. Download a return code and drop your package off at a UPS location—no printing required.
