Returns & Exchanges

We are pleased to offer a full refund for DavidYurman.com and David Yurman store purchases returned within 30 days of their purchase date unless otherwise required by law.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.  You are advised to use a courier service offering tracked service, and to have adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods in transit. Returns and exchanges can only occur in the country the item was purchased. Please contact customer care if you need further assistance.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition, with all protective or other materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them, as well as with the original box/container. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as items from the High Jewellery and EY® Signature collections, are final sale.

  • Visit our Returns Site to print out a shipping label
  • After you have shipped back your item(s), please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
IN-STORE PURCHASES

  • Any merchandise purchased in a full-price David Yurman store can be returned or exchanged at any of our full-price boutiques.
SPECIAL NOTE
  • Should you request an exchange or need repair service for an online order, we can accommodate shipping to and from the country where we delivered your order.
  • If you need service from an international location, Customer Care will work with you to find a solution. Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility. 
  • Returns and exchanges can only occur in the country the item was purchased. Please contact customer care if you need further assistance.

For online returns, please visit Returns page to print out a shipping label for items purchased on DavidYurman.com. After you have shipped back your return, please allow 4-5 weeks for its processing.

As soon as Davidyurman.com has accepted your cancellation or return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments, as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be accepted in the Klarna app immediately and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
