David Yurman designs are available in France at the David Yurman flagship on 245 Rue St Honoré and at the David Yurman boutique in Printemps in Paris, or online. For more information, please visit our store locator page .

Check to ensure the country that issued your credit card matches the region in which you are shopping. We only accept credit cards issued in France on our French site. However, we do accept PayPal, which can be set up with an international credit card.

Check to ensure that we can process your credit card based on the country in which it was issued. On our France site, we generally accept credit cards issued in most regions, including many in the European Union. We do not accept credit cards issued in the following countries:

  • BULGARIA
  • COTE D'IVOIRE
  • INDONESIA
  • LEBANON
  • LITHUANIA
  • MACEDONIA
  • NIGERIA
  • PAKISTAN
  • ROMANIA
  • UKRAINE
  • AFGHANISTAN

In addition, note that when authorizing the purchase, DavidYurman.com sends a request to the issuing bank for payment approval. If the bank does not provide an authorization, here are a few possible reasons why:

  • The billing information is inconsistent with what the credit card company has on file
  • The expiration date was entered incorrectly at check out
  • The card’s CVV code is incorrect
  • The balance to authorize is higher than the transaction limit set with your bank. You will need to contact your bank to authorize the charge.

After you have shipped back your item(s), please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Alternatively, you may bring the item(s) back to a David Yurman store for return or exchange.
David Yurman Stores France Any merchandise purchased in a full-price David Yurman store can be returned or exchanged at any of our full-price boutiques.

 

 

Throughout the holiday season, we are pleased to offer an extended return policy. Purchases made at a David Yurman boutique or on DavidYurman.com, beginning October 28, 2024, placed through December 24, 2024, may be returned or exchanged through January 23, 2025, with a sales receipt for a full refund to the gift purchaser.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

For online returns, please visit our Returns page to print out a shipping label for items purchased on France David Yurman official website. After you have shipped back your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for its processing.

 

For online exchange, please return and place a new order.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as items from the High Jewellery and EY® Signature collections, are final sale.

Paris stores have local servicing workshops for European clients within their region including France. 

If you reside near Paris simply bring your item to the David Yurman Boutique and they will send it out to the service center on your behalf. 

If you reside outside of Paris, please contact our David Yurman Flagship store in Paris and they will arrange a return label so you can drop off your David Yurman piece to the nearest FedEx location to be shipped to our Flagship store and they will send it out to the workshop for an evaluation.  

The evaluation may take up to two weeks, after which they will contact you directly to discuss any service fees. Taken into consideration will be “time owned” as well as “condition received” when evaluating a piece.

David Yurman does not offer appraisal or authentication services.

For appraisal services, we suggest contacting an independent appraiser or appraisal company with individuals who possess certified credentials in these services.

We encourage you to only buy David Yurman merchandise from a David Yurman boutique, David Yurman official website or from one of our authorized retailers.

Only merchandise sold at a David Yurman store, online at DavidYurman.com or by an authorized retailer is guaranteed to be authentic David Yurman. Consumers should be cautious of counterfeits when purchasing any purported David Yurman merchandise from any non-authorized retailer, including from any online marketplace, even if “authentication” services are offered.

Please report all tips about suspicious or counterfeit items, fraudulent websites and others selling knockoff or replica David Yurman merchandise to reportfraud@davidyurman.com . In order to assist us with our investigative efforts, please provide as much information as possible, such as:

  • Seller’s name and contact information
  • Platform or location from which purchase was made
  • Screenshots of infringing listings for websites
  • Any images of infringing product purchased
  • Copies of any communications with seller
  • Location of the merchandise (i.e., retail, street vendor, website, factory, etc.)
  • Number of products offered
  • Type and style of products offered
