Use the white side of the provided David Yurman polishing cloth to gently wipe silver portions clean. Remove any remaining tarnish or impurities with mild diluted soap and warm water. Named for David Yurman’s first-ever boutique on Madison Avenue, DY Madison® reflects New York City’s spirit of possibility and optimism. In their early years together, David and Sybil Yurman would spend Saturdays uptown, immersed in the city’s art galleries. One evening, a bronze link necklace David had sculpted for Sybil caught the attention of a gallery owner. It sold, and orders quickly followed. That moment marked the beginning of the David Yurman brand, and the spirit of momentum that continues to define it today.
Craftsmanship
Hand-forged chains were among David’s earliest sculptural works and remain foundational to the brand. DY Madison® reinterprets this legacy through cushion-shaped links with toggle closures, each link sculpted, cast in precious metal, and hand-assembled for fluid movement. A rhythm of smooth and Cabled finishes reflects light, with select designs featuring pavé-set diamonds for added brilliance.
