All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

We are pleased to offer a full refund for DavidYurman.com and David Yurman store purchases returned within 30 days of their purchase date. David Yurman outlet purchases are final sale.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for a refund unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as items from the High Jewelry and EY® Signature collections, are final sale. Due to the donations we make to our charitable partners, our charity rubber bracelets are also final sale.

Have an account with us? If you are a registered user, start by logging into your account. Under “Orders,” find the order containing the item(s) you would like to return.

Click on the "RETURN OR EXCHANGE" button and follow the prompts, choosing the reason for your return. If you’d like to make an exchange, select your preferred item.

We offer two methods of return: print a complimentary return label and ship your package from any FedEx location, or drop it off at a FedEx store using a QR code—no printing required.

If you don’t have an account, simply visit our Returns site to print out a shipping label.

After you have shipped back your item(s), please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Alternatively, you may bring the item(s) back to our Yorkdale store for return.
