During these uncertain times, we are pleased to offer a full refund for DavidYurman.com/ca and David Yurman store purchases returned within 45 days of their purchase date. David Yurman outlet purchases are final sale.

In addition, as many of our clients surprise a loved one with a gift from David Yurman, we offer an extended return policy throughout the holiday season. Purchases made at David Yurman boutiques or on DavidYurman.com beginning November 1, 2022 may be returned or exchanged through February 8, 2023 or 45 days after their purchase date, whichever is the later date.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for a refund unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as items from the High Jewelry and EY® Signature collections, are final sale. Due to the donations we make to our charitable partners, our pink and orange rubber bracelets are also final sale.

After you have shipped back your item(s), please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Alternatively, you may bring the item(s) back to a David Yurman store for return or exchange.

Should you request an exchange or need repair service for an online order, we can accommodate shipping to and from the country where we delivered your order. If you need service from an international location, Customer Care will work with you to find a solution. Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.
