Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take up to two weeks, after which we will contact you to discuss any service fees. We take into consideration “time owned” as well as “condition received” when evaluating a piece.

David Yurman does not offer appraisal or authentication services.

For appraisal services, we suggest contacting an independent appraiser or appraisal company with individuals who possess certified credentials in these services.

We encourage you to only buy David Yurman merchandise from a David Yurman boutique, David Yurman official website or from one of our authorized retailers.
