Buy Online Pickup In-store

Our in-store pickup service allows you to make a purchase online at DavidYurman.com and pick up the item at a participating David Yurman boutique.

Most items found online at DavidYurman.com are eligible for in-store pickup services. An item will show available for pickup if in-store pickup services are available at the selected location and there is sufficient inventory to complete the order.

Currently, only select David Yurman boutiques are eligible for in-store pickup services. We plan for more David Yurman boutiques to provide Store Pickup services in the future.

Items ordered online at DavidYurman.com may only be picked up from a participating David Yurman boutique. Some David Yurman authorized retailers provide in-store pickup services for their store locations. Please contact the David Yurman authorized retailer directly to determine if in-store pickup services are available.

Our online store locator indicates if a David Yurman boutique currently offers in-store pickup services. You may also select the “Pick up at a David Yurman Boutique” button on an eligible product page to find a participating store location near you to pick up the item.

Eligible items will have an interactive pickup option displayed on the product page. Select “Pick up at a David Yurman boutique” to provide your location and select a participating store near you. If the selected store has sufficient inventory to complete the order, the pickup option will become available for selection, and you can add the item to cart with the in-store pickup service. If the item is not available for pickup in the selected store, the page will indicate that pickup is not available in the selected boutique.

Items stating “Not available for pickup at a David Yurman boutique” are not eligible for pickup in any store location.

Select the option to “Pick up at a David Yurman boutique” and enter your zip code to find a participating David Yurman boutique in your area. Once your preferred store has been selected simply click “Add to Bag” to order from this location.

If you have placed your order before 2:00PM local time, you should receive this email within four hours. If you have placed your order after 2:00PM local time, you may receive this email the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday may require more time to prepare. Please wait until you receive the Ready for Pickup notification email before going to the store.

If you have placed your order before 2:00PM local time, you should receive the pickup notification email within four hours. If you have placed your order after 2:00PM local time, you may receive this email the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday may require more time to prepare. Please wait until you receive the Ready for Pickup email notification before going to the store.

You will receive a Ready for Pickup email notification when your item is ready to be picked up. If you have placed your order before 2:00PM local time, you should receive this email within four hours. If you have placed your order after 2:00PM local time, you may receive this email the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday may require more time to prepare. Please wait until you receive the Ready for Pickup notification email before going to the store.

Please bring the following with you to pick up your order:

1. A government-issued photo ID. Valid forms of identification include passport, driver's license, national/state/province ID card, and military ID card.

AND

2. A copy of your Store Pickup email notification. The name on your ID must match the customer name on the email.

Please proceed to a store representative to pick up your order.

The name listed on your order pickup must match the purchaser’s name. If the names do not match, the order cannot be picked up. If you would like to arrange for someone else to pick up your order, please contact Customer Care at 1-833-211-2442 and we will assist you with this change. The alternate pick-up person will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID.

Orders that cannot be picked up within three days of placing the order will automatically be cancelled, unless you have opted to extend your order for another three day period. If you opt to extend your pickup time, orders that cannot be picked up within the additional three days will automatically be cancelled. You will receive a cancellation notification to the email provided during checkout indicating that your order has been cancelled. Your credit card will not be charged, and any pending amounts will be removed from your account within 7 business days.

Yes, we are pleased to allow a one-time three day extension of your pickup time. If you are unable to pickup your order on the day your pick up order is scheduled to expire, you will receive an email that allows you to extend your order for another three day period. If you are still unable to pickup your order on time (within six days of your initial order creation), please place a second order after the first one has been automatically cancelled. You may also contact us via email, chat or phone if you require additional assistance in placing or managing your pickup order.

You can login to your David Yurman online account where your order will show as cancelled, or contact us via email, chat or phone to confirm your order status.
