Check to ensure the country that issued your credit card matches the region in which you are shopping. We only accept credit cards issued in Canada on our Canadian site and cards issued in the United States on our US site. However, we do accept PayPal, which can be set up with an international credit card.

In addition, note that when authorizing the purchase, DavidYurman.com sends a request to the issuing bank for payment approval. If the bank does not provide an authorization, here are a few possible reasons why:

  • The billing information is inconsistent with what the credit card company has on file. 
  • The expiration date was entered incorrectly at check out.
  • The card’s CVV code is incorrect.
  • The balance to authorize is higher than the transaction limit set with your bank. You will need to contact your bank to authorize the charge.

For added security, your billing address at DavidYurman.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed or denied if these addresses are different.

Yes, we accept PayPal, which can be set up with an international credit card if the shipping address is based in the United States. Tap the Continue Checkout button, enter your shipping information, then select PayPal as your payment method.

Please contact Customer Care for assistance in cancelling an order as soon as possible by email, chat, or phone at 1-833-211-2442. Please note that some orders, such as orders that have been shipped or personalized, cannot be cancelled.

After an order is placed, there is temporary hold on your credit card account for the total value of the order.

Your credit card will be charged once your order ships. The authorization that was temporarily on the account now becomes a permanent charge.

If your order contains more than one item, DavidYurman.com will charge your credit card for each item separately after they have shipped. You will see separate charges on your credit card statement. The total value of those charges will add up to the total authorization amount.

In some instances, an order is cancelled due to the item no longer being in stock.

There are also times an order is cancelled due to incorrect or inconsistent customer information. If you would like to continue with your order, please ensure all credit card, billing and shipping information is accurate and create a new order on our site or by contacting Customer Care by email, chat, or phone at 1-833-211-2442. You may also visit a David Yurman retail store near you for further assistance.

The authorization should “drop” from your account within 4-7 business days for US or Canadian credit cards depending on the bank or credit union that issued your card. David Yurman is unable to reinstate a cancelled order.

We offer Affirm and the Jewelers Reserve Citibank financing program for in-store purchases at full-price David Yurman stores in the United States. We also offer Affirm for purchases made on DavidYurman.com. Please note that you must apply for Affirm financing in one of our stores even if you may have already applied on DavidYurman.com.

Yes, prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. For questions and adjustments regarding prices on DavidYurman.com, call 1-833-211-2442.

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

  • If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
  • If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.

All online purchases and order history are saved when you create an account on DavidYurman.com. For a purchase that was made at a David Yurman store, please contact the store directly.
