DELIVERY TIMING

Weekday Orders (Monday-Friday)

Orders placed before 3 PM ET Monday–Friday ship the same day.
Orders placed after 3 PM ET Monday–Friday ship the next business day.

Saturday Orders

Orders placed before 12 PM on Saturday ship the same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM on Saturday ship on Monday.

Sunday Orders

Orders placed on Sunday ship on Monday.

Orders should arrive 3–5 business days after shipping. Deliveries are made by UPS Monday through Friday.

Personalized items, including all custom-engravable designs, are excluded from standard delivery estimates. At this time, these orders may require up to 30 business days to ship.

How can I check or track an order I placed on DavidYurman.com?

Registered customers, please SIGN IN to access your order status and history.

Can I ship my order to a P.O. box, APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarder?

We do not allow shipments to P.O. boxes. Billing addresses may contain a P.O. box. We also do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Please note that all orders above $1,000 require a signature.

If you are unable to provide a signature, you may use UPS My Choice to have your package held for pick up at a UPS or other authorized location.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If you need to make changes to your shipping information, please follow the instructions in your shipping confirmation email. If you used Affirm for your purchase, unfortunately your shipping address cannot be changed.

What other countries does DavidYurman.com ship to?

Orders placed on DavidYurman.com can only be shipped to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico. Please refer to the following chart if you wish to purchase David Yurman merchandise outside of the United States.
