Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate your item. The evaluation may take up to two weeks, after which you will receive a detailed cost estimate for your service. We take into consideration “time owned” as well as “condition received” when evaluating a piece. You may choose to have your item returned to your provided shipping address or arrange for in-store pickup.

Should you request an exchange or need repair service for an online order, we can accommodate shipping to and from the country where we delivered your order. If you need service from an international location, Customer Care will work with you to find a solution. Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.

Our Cleaning Kit is available for purchase online and in select boutiques. Find your nearest store. The kit includes a jar of gentle jewelry cleaner, a brush, and a four-ply polishing cloth.
