David Yurman designs are available at David Yurman stores or online at DavidYurman.com. The only other retailers authorized to sell David Yurman merchandise online in the US are Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's, Farfetch, and select independent jewelers. Check to ensure the country that issued your credit card matches the region in which you are shopping. We only accept credit cards issued in the United States on our US site and cards issued in Canada on our Canadian site. However, we do accept PayPal, which can be set up with an international credit card.
In addition, note that when authorizing the purchase, DavidYurman.com sends a request to the issuing bank for payment approval. If the bank does not provide an authorization, here are a few possible reasons why:
- The billing information is inconsistent with what the credit card company has on file
- The expiration date was entered incorrectly at check out
- The card's CVV code is incorrect
- The balance to authorize is higher than the transaction limit set with your bank. You will need to contact your bank to authorize the charge

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as items from the High Jewelry and EY® Signature collections, are final sale.
Should you request an exchange or need repair service for an online order, we can accommodate shipping to and from the country where we delivered your order. If you need service from an international location, Customer Care will work with you to find a solution. Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.

Any merchandise purchased in a full-price David Yurman store can be returned or exchanged at any of our full-price boutiques.
David Yurman Outlets
While David Yurman outlet purchases are final sale, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will accommodate an exchange for merchandise that's unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition when accompanied by a sales receipt. Exchanges should be made at the location where it was purchased.
We want you to enjoy your David Yurman designs for years to come. Should your piece ever need servicing, you can entrust our specialists with repairing it to preserve its beauty and longevity. Simply bring your item to a David Yurman boutique and they will send it to our service center on your behalf.
You also have the option to mail your item directly to our service center. To begin, download and print the Repair Request Form.
Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take up to two weeks, after which we will contact you to discuss any service fees. We take into consideration “time owned” as well as “condition received” when evaluating a piece.
David Yurman does not offer appraisal or authentication services.
For appraisal services, we suggest contacting an independent appraiser or appraisal company with individuals who possess certified credentials in these services.
We encourage you to only buy David Yurman merchandise from a David Yurman boutique, online at DavidYurman.com or from one of our authorized retailers.
Only merchandise sold at a David Yurman store, online at DavidYurman.com or by an authorized retailer is guaranteed to be authentic David Yurman. Consumers should be cautious of counterfeits when purchasing any purported David Yurman merchandise from any non-authorized retailer, including from any online marketplace, even if “authentication” services are offered.
Please report all tips about suspicious or counterfeit items, fraudulent websites and others selling knockoff or replica David Yurman merchandise to email@example.com. In order to assist us with our investigative efforts, please provide as much information as possible, such as:
- Seller's name and contact information
- Platform or location from which purchase was made
- Screenshots of infringing listings for websites
- Any images of infringing product purchased
- Copies of any communications with seller
- Location of the merchandise (i.e., retail, street vendor, website, factory, etc.)
- Number of products offered
- Type and style of products offered
