For added security, your billing address must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed or denied if these addresses are different.

After an order is placed, there is temporary hold on your credit card account for the total value of the order.

Your credit card will be charged once your order ships. The authorization that was temporarily on the account now becomes a permanent charge.

If your order contains more than one item, DavidYurman.com will charge your credit card for each item separately after they have shipped. You will see separate charges on your credit card statement. The total value of those charges will add up to the total authorization amount.

Check to ensure the country that issued your credit card matches the region in which you are shopping.

In addition, note that when authorizing the purchase, DavidYurman.com sends a request to the issuing bank for payment approval. If the bank does not provide an authorization, here are a few possible reasons why:

  • The billing information is inconsistent with what the credit card company has on file. 
  • The expiration date was entered incorrectly at check out.
  • The card’s CVV code is incorrect.
  • The balance to authorize is higher than the transaction limit set with your bank. You will need to contact your bank to authorize the charge.

In some instances, an order is cancelled due to the item no longer being in stock.

There are also times an order is cancelled due to incorrect or inconsistent customer information. If you would like to continue with your order, please ensure all credit card, billing and shipping information is accurate and create a new order on our site or by contacting Customer Care. You may also visit a David Yurman retail store near you for further assistance.

The authorization should “drop” from your account within 5-7 business days depending on the bank or credit card company that issued your card. David Yurman is unable to reinstate a cancelled order.

We offer Klarna financing program. Klarna is a payment provider offering flexible payment options including Buy Now, Pay Later. Once you’ve placed your order on Davidyurman.com, you’ll be redirected to Klarna, where you’ll be asked to enter your card details. To check your eligibility, Klarna will perform a soft search with a credit agency which will not affect your credit score.

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Yes, prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
