Please note: Due to evolving global circumstances, we are unable to ship orders to countries outside of the United States and Canada. Some orders may experience delivery delays. Some returns may experience delays with refund processing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

During these uncertain times, we are pleased to offer a full refund for DavidYurman.com purchases made after March 16, 2020 and returned within 45 days of their purchase date.

In addition, as many of our clients surprise a loved one with a gift from David Yurman, we offer an extended return policy throughout the holiday season. Purchases made at David Yurman boutiques or on DavidYurman.com beginning November 1, 2020 may be returned or exchanged through January 23, 2021 or 45 days after their purchase date, whichever is the later date.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as items from the High Jewelry and EY® Signature collections, are final sale.

For online returns or exchanges, please visit our Returns page to print out a shipping label for items and gifts purchased on DavidYurman.com. After you have shipped back your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for its processing. Alternatively, you may bring the item back to a David Yurman store for return or exchange. 

Should you request an exchange or need repair service for an online order, we can accommodate shipping to and from the country where we delivered your order. If you need service from an international location, Customer Care will work with you to find a solution. Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.

For online returns or exchanges, please visit our Returns page to print out a shipping label for items and gifts purchased on DavidYurman.com. After you have shipped back your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for its processing. Alternatively, you may bring the item to a David Yurman store for an exchange of equal or higher value.

A refund will post to your Affirm account once we process your return. For most orders, Affirm will not charge you as long as your order is returned within 30 days of the date your order was placed. If your return is processed after 30 days, you will be charged for the interest for your loan up until the return. In the event that you return only part of your order, the amount of the merchandise that you returned, along with applicable taxes and fees, will be refunded to your Affirm account, and you will be responsible for paying off the balance with Affirm. GiftNow orders may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit only. Any merchandise purchased in any of our full-price stores should be returned or exchanged at the store where it was purchased.

While David Yurman outlet purchases are final sale, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will accommodate an exchange for merchandise that’s unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition when accompanied by a sales receipt. Exchanges should be made at the location where it was purchased.

No, gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
