We are pleased to offer a full refund for DavidYurman.com and David Yurman store purchases returned within 30 days of their purchase date. David Yurman outlet purchases are final sale.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as items from the High Jewelry and EY® Signature collections, are final sale. Due to the donations we make to our charitable partners, our charity rubber bracelets are also final sale.

David Yurman Stores Domestic U.S., Hawaii Any merchandise purchased in a full-price David Yurman store can be returned or exchanged at any of our full-price boutiques.
David Yurman Outlets Domestic U.S. While David Yurman outlet purchases are final sale, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will accommodate an exchange for merchandise that's unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition when accompanied by a sales receipt. Exchanges should be made at the location where it was purchased.

If your order was placed through Instagram or Facebook, please go to the respective app to request a return. These orders cannot be returned through our Returns site or at a David Yurman store.

Should you request an exchange or need repair service for an online order, we can accommodate shipping to and from the country where we delivered your order. If you need service from an international location, Customer Care will work with you to find a solution. Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.

These purchases may be exchanged or returned following our standard methods. Please refer to the options listed above under How can I make a return or exchange?

A refund will post to your Affirm account once we process your return. For most orders, Affirm will not charge you as long as your order is returned within 30 days of the date your order was placed. If your return is processed after 30 days, you will be charged for the interest for your loan up until the return. In the event that you return only part of your order, the amount of the merchandise that you returned, along with applicable taxes and fees, will be refunded to your Affirm account, and you will be responsible for paying off the balance with Affirm.
